During a client engagement, we may collect additional operational, financial, and farm-related information necessary to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting platform may collect standard log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and visit timestamps. This is used to operate and improve the site.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver consulting services to clients, communicate about engagements, operate and improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share client farm data with third parties except as required to deliver the services you have engaged us for (for example, submitting an application on your behalf to a USDA program), or as required by law.
Data retention
We retain inquiry-form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up and assess fit. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward in accordance with normal business and recordkeeping practices. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at staylor@agritailor.com.
Third-party services
Our website is built and hosted on Webflow. Form submissions are processed through Webflow’s form handling and delivered to us by email. We also use standard business tools (email, scheduling, document storage) provided by reputable third parties. Each of these services maintains its own privacy practices.
